What traditional operas are there in Hubei?

East Road Flower Drum, Tianhe Flower Drum, Xiangyang Flower Drum, Yuan 'an Flower Drum, Huangmei Tea-picking Opera, Liang Shantiao, Violin Opera and Wen Qu.

Hubei is known as "a big province of operas", including Pihuang Han Opera, Donglu Ancient Painting, Tianhe Ancient Painting, Xiangyang Ancient Painting, Yuan 'an Ancient Painting, Huangmei Tea-picking Opera, Liang Shantiao, Violin Opera and Wen Qu.

There are also Qing Palace operas belonging to the high-pitched opera system, as well as Gaotai operas and Lantern operas introduced from other provinces. Among them, the most influential are Han Opera, Chu Opera and Jinghe Ancient Painting Opera.

If divided by region, Enshi Autonomous Prefecture has Southern Opera, Lantern Opera, Tang Opera, Henan Opera and Liu Zi Opera. Shiyan City has Huang Er and Yunyang Flower Drum Opera.
