Unscramble the endless picture of Xishan Mountain

Drawing a landscape map on the "folded volume" or "total volume" and synthesizing a picture of "the mountain has its branches and the water has its Committee" from twelve seemingly independent landscape maps is both reasonable and physically meaningful, which is undoubtedly very difficult. Because of this, Gong Xian, who has profound pen and ink skills, had to concentrate on creating "a mountain in ten days and a stone in five days", and it took him more than two years to complete this masterpiece in the history of China landscape painting. To organically combine the integrity of each paragraph with the integrity of the whole picture, the key to success lies in its ingenious composition. In composition, we should take care of each other from beginning to end, and the density should be appropriate. Therefore, the performance of the middle paragraph is extremely important and plays a connecting role. Its beginning must be a continuation of the end of the previous paragraph, and its end must be an extension of the beginning of the latter paragraph. Because of this, Gong Xian is skillful in conception and layout. Although he painted Lin Qiu Caotang, the springs and waterfalls in the whole picture are interspersed in an orderly way. The emptiness in the blank space contrasts with the reality in the thick ink dots, and the picture is full and ethereal. The method of "ink accumulation" is used in rocks, and the ink is contained in the pen, and the ink is accumulated on the stone surface layer by layer, which truly shows the volume of the rock back and the feeling of being wet after rain. This volume vividly shows the beautiful scenery of the rivers and mountains in the south of the Yangtze River, and also comprehensively reflects Gong Xian's aesthetic pursuit of "vigorous brushwork, vivid brushwork, strange mountains and valleys and magnificent charm" in landscape painting.
