Who is the painter who is good at drawing tigers?
Zhang Shan _ "Tiger Idiot". Shan _ is the second brother of Zhang Daqian, a master of contemporary Chinese painting. He used to be famous for drawing tigers. He was the first tiger painter and "master tiger painter" in modern China.
In order to draw a tiger, he once kept a tiger at home, observed its demeanor every day and learned to draw. Zhang Daqian also vowed not to draw tigers because he respected him. Lin Yutang once praised: "The tiger he painted has muscles, a backbone, shoulders and claws, full of vitality, pure and realistic."
Zhang Shan _ studious since childhood, resolute in character. When he was a child, he learned painting from his grandmother, a little longer than a ranger, and made friends.
Uncle Daqian is active, smart and fond of reading and drawing. He never forgets anything about scenic spots. As soon as he heard that his brother was determined not to be an official, he was very happy and discussed the name of the studio.
My late uncle was very kind. He has always respected Liu Bang, who started from Tingchang and later unified the world, and is particularly interested in the word "gale" in his "gale". However, Uncle Daqian has always admired Zhang Dafeng, a great painter in the early Qing Dynasty, for his profound attainments in poetry and ode, including the word "gale" in his mastery of landscapes, figures, flowers and birds, portraits and epigraphy (most of the high-quality images painted by Uncle Daqian came from Zhang Dafeng).
