Why can't I buy litchi black tea?

Litchi black tea is mainly produced in Qingyuan, Guangdong. Litchi black tea produced locally is a special black tea processed by special technology, which has strong health care effect and is deeply loved by consumers. But for many years, tea in Qingyuan has not developed on a large scale.

Yingde, the main tea area in Qingyuan, produced 4000 tons of finished tea in its heyday and sold it to more than 70 countries and regions. However, since the late 1980s, Yingde black tea has experienced a low tide of development. In order to comply with the government's initiative, tea farmers cut down a large number of tea trees and planted sugar oranges. Then the government followed the example of various industrial parks and developed blindly, without the consciousness of becoming bigger and stronger on the basis of the original traditional brands. While a large number of industrial parks have been developed, serious deforestation and ecological destruction of tea gardens have led to the reduction of tea garden area in Britain and Germany. As a result, the export volume of Yingde black tea has dropped sharply year by year, which has seriously restricted the development of tea industry.

In Qingyuan, only Yingde has established a tea industry association, but the promotion of the association is limited and it is difficult to make a big difference. Pen holder tea and Pukeng tea produced in Qingxin County were once famous brand teas in Guangdong. Due to the lack of promotion and appropriate policy support, only a small number of farmers produce and sell their own products, making it difficult to achieve large-scale enterprise production. At present, the tea industry in Qingyuan is still blank, and only a few enterprises producing tea are registered and have obtained QS certification. However, at present, the planting area and production capacity are not large, the fragmentation of enterprises is serious, and the awareness of holding a group to become a big brand is still relatively backward.
