The tractor is equipped with a front shovel, and that's what the hydraulic system uses. How to connect with tractor hydraulic pump?

Find the hydraulic oil pump, add a tee or extended tubing screw to the oil outlet end of the oil pump, and splice steel wire oil on the extended tubing screw to make it all the way to the hydraulic control system of the original vehicle and the front shovel distributor. Please note that it is connected to the tractor hydraulic pump.

It is a device for tractor to transmit power. Its function is to transfer the power of the engine to the driving wheel and the working device, so that the tractor can run and complete the mobile operation or fixed function.

This function is realized through the cooperation and coordination of transmission system, walking system, steering system, braking system and working device, and they constitute the skeleton and body of tractor.

Therefore, the above four systems and one device are collectively referred to as chassis. That is to say, in the whole tractor, all other systems and devices except the engine and electrical equipment are collectively called tractor chassis.

pressure loss

Due to the viscosity of the liquid and the inevitable friction when flowing in the pipeline, the liquid will inevitably lose some energy in the process of flowing. This part of energy loss is mainly manifested as pressure loss.

There are two kinds of pressure loss: along-the-way loss and local loss. Along-the-way loss is the pressure loss caused by friction when the liquid flows for a certain distance in a straight pipe with constant diameter. Local loss is the pressure loss caused by the sudden change of cross-sectional shape of pipeline, the change of liquid flow direction or other forms of liquid flow resistance. The total pressure loss is equal to the sum of loss along the way and local loss.

Due to the inevitable pressure loss, the rated pressure of the pump is slightly higher than the maximum working pressure required for system operation. In general, the maximum working pressure required for system operation can be estimated by multiplying by a coefficient 1.3~ 1.5.

Loss of flow

In the hydraulic system, all the pressure components have relative moving surfaces, such as the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer surface of the piston. Because of the relative movement, there is a certain gap between them.

If one side of the gap is high-pressure oil and the other side is low-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil will flow to the low-pressure area through the gap, causing leakage. At the same time, due to the imperfect sealing of hydraulic components, some oil will leak to the outside. The actual flow caused by this leakage is reduced, which is what we call flow loss.

Flow loss affects the moving speed, and leakage is absolutely inevitable, so the rated flow of the pump in the hydraulic system is slightly greater than the maximum flow required for the system to work. Usually, it can also be estimated by multiplying the maximum flow required by the system by the coefficient 1. 1~ 1.3.
