The printer cannot print.

After working for several months, I often call to solve the printer problem. There are basically two kinds of printer problems. Sometimes you will be prompted that there is an error in printing the document. When you open the printer, you will find that there is an error in printing. There are several files waiting in line for printing, but they cannot be printed. In view of this situation, some people say that it is caused by a virus. In fact, I don't know how it happened, only the solution. At least for me, it is still better. Of course, this method is also made by Baidu, and it is quite effective to use.

The first step is to cancel all printed documents.

Step 2: Right-click on the computer (my computer)-Manage-Services and Applications-Click to find the service-Find in the service-print the background program, and right-click to select Stop.

Step 3: Locate the services and applications, and then click Open.

Step 4: Find the service print spooler, right-click and stop.

Step 5: Start-Run-Input spool, and then press Enter.

Then it will open a folder and find the printer folder. Open it,

After opening it, delete all the files in the Printers folder, no matter what it is, it will be OK.

Step 6: Unplug the USB cable of the printer and plug it back in a few tens of seconds.

Step 7: Repeat step 3, except that you can find the service printing background program by right-clicking Start.
