Today, I'm going to rub twists with my grandparents. To say that my waist twisting technique is "the best in the world", then I will learn from my grandparents!

First of all, I learned from my grandparents, took out a dough, spread my fingers and rubbed it quickly. Soon, the dough became thinner. But it soon broke down. Why? Grandma said: "The thickness of the noodle rope should be uniform, and the thick part should be rubbed more, and the thin part should not be rubbed, otherwise it will break." I see. Grandma said, "Look, I'll rub it again." I looked intently and saw grandma rubbing her hands quickly, rubbing the noodle rope until it was bare. Then, twist one end of the noodle rope with one hand and twist the rope with the other. Soon, some twisted lines appeared on the noodle rope. Then grandma suddenly lifted the rope and the two ends were aligned. The twist pattern began to decline and gradually became a twist. Grandma twisted the twist again, and the two ends were aligned again, and a beautiful twist was made.

I started rubbing, too, but there are often problems, either not enough rubbing or easy to break. Under the patient guidance of my grandparents, I corrected these shortcomings one by one and finally made a beautiful twist.

At noon, I ate my own hand-made twist, not to mention how happy I was!
