1. Animals can be anesthetized with urethane or pentobarbital sodium by intraperitoneal injection.
2. After fixation, make a transverse incision in the upper abdomen, cut the peritoneum and find the stomach and duodenum.
3. There is light pink around the duodenal field, which is similar to fat. After expanding the pancreas, carefully look for the transparent tube in the pancreas. The catheter should be sent from the liver and finally enter the duodenum. There is a yellowish liquid in it, which is the bile duct.
4. Lift the bile duct from below with the left hand (not necessarily separated from the pancreas), hold the scalp needle with the right hand, and fix the scalp needle with suture. The other end of the scalp needle is connected with a small centrifugal tube to collect bile (bile can flow out automatically).
