Its machine tool body includes lathe bed, upright post, spindle head and workbench, which is mainly used for clamping and adjusting tools and workpieces. The main body of the machine tool needs enough rigidity to prevent it from being machined due to the change of discharge gap caused by the deformation of the machine tool itself. In the process of EDM, both the tool electrode and the workpiece are immersed in the working fluid. The main function of working fluid is to compress the spark channel during discharge and concentrate the current in a small part; ; After discharge, ionization should be eliminated in time, insulation state should be restored, and arc discharge should be prevented. Working fluid can also cool tools and workpieces. In order to discharge the corrosion products from the electrode gap in time, the EDM machine tool is also equipped with a working fluid circulation system, which uses the forced circulation of working fluid to complete this work.
