Legal basis: "Measures for the Administration of Social Art Level Examination" Article 26 If a candidate passes the submitted art professional level examination, the art examination institution will issue a certificate of social art level examination at the corresponding level. Art grading institutions shall, within 60 days after the end of each art grading activity, report the list of art grading certificates to the cultural administrative departments of the local people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for the record.
