1. Preparation materials: brown sugar, Xinjiang jujube, Ningxia Lycium barbarum, ginger.

5. Pour the beaten ginger juice, red dates and medlar mud into a non-stick pan.
6. Bring to a boil with high fire, turn to 130 degrees, stir-fry for 10 minutes, then add brown sugar powder, continue to stir-fry for 20 minutes until it becomes sticky and mushy, and then take it out.
7. It will thicken after cooling. The total frying time is about 30 minutes, and the whole process should be stirred in one direction to avoid embarrassment.
8. After the boiling is completed, the brown sugar ginger jujube paste is ready.
