Vegetarian roasted wax gourd

200g wax gourd, vegetable oil, refined salt, chopped green onion, monosodium glutamate.

Operation: Peel the wax gourd, remove the pulp, cut into pieces and wash it. After the vegetable oil is heated, stir-fry the wax gourd pieces.
