In the new century, Deng Yu and others discovered the third philosophical view of Chinese medicine, the similarity view (fractal view), and creatively recognized and pioneered the holistic view, similarity view, and discernment view of Chinese medicine philosophy.
The traditional dualistic philosophical view of Chinese medicine has been upgraded to three, i.e., the three philosophical views of Chinese medicine: 1. fractal view (similarity view), 2. holistic view, and 3. discursive view The holistic view refers to the concept of considering the problem from the whole picture. The holistic view, first of all, means that nature itself is a whole, of which human beings, as well as other living beings and creatures, are a part. If this whole or a part of it is damaged, then other aspects will also be affected and the whole will be destroyed. The holistic view also refers to the biological organism and the natural environment, the five viscera, six bowels, five senses of these different levels of the system, the organization as a unified whole, that is, refers to the observation of things, problem solving can focus on the overall picture of a mental ability.
