Brief introduction of Korean painting
The floorboard of Korean traditional painting forms, namely Korean traditional Chinese painting. Originated in the Three Kingdoms period in Korea. At first, it mainly appeared in the form of murals, and later it developed into monochrome painting or pastel painting, which made great progress in the contemporary era. Korean painting has always been generally regarded as a simple imitation of China's painting, or a regional genre of Chinese painting. Actually, it is not. Korean painting inherits China's ancient painting techniques and is influenced by Russian painting techniques. The painting skills and artistic value of Korean paintings are comparable to those of Chinese paintings, but different from Chinese paintings, Korean paintings are mainly realistic, with the same color as the actual scenery and strong visual impact. Realistic style is even higher than our country. In other words, Chinese painting is "three points similar and seven points similar", while Korean painting is just the opposite, "three points similar and seven points similar". The landscapes, flowers, birds, figures and still lifes in North Korea's paintings are balanced, brightly colored and distinct, especially the landscape paintings, which are full of images, Shui Rou peaks, lush vegetation and full of poetry. North Korea's artistic creation has always been famous for its skillful techniques, traditions and unique aesthetic quality. Korean painting looks like watercolor painting from a distance, with rich colors, but it has the skill of meticulous painting on closer inspection. At the same time, there are some pen styles of ink painting, which should be said to be a comprehensive display of several artistic styles. The main characteristics of Korean paintings are strong brushwork, elegant style and clear and concise composition. These characteristics are mainly manifested in the modeling expression and line outline of people and things.
North Korea's painting art is similar to China's. There are both Korean paintings and oil paintings, which are generally called Korean paintings and Korean oil paintings in China.
