Here, I would like to talk about my personal views on "how to change the concept of vocational education in the new era of higher vocational teachers".
The development of vocational education and the cultivation of highly skilled personnel require vocational teachers to change themselves, abandon backward educational concepts as early as possible and establish a vocational education concept that keeps pace with the times. I think the main points are as follows:
1. "Long-term" consciousness instead of "immediate" consciousness, with a long-term vision of the development of students.
To mold a good student, we need to carefully cultivate, as a teacher, can not pay too much attention to the immediate academic performance of students, ignoring the potential ability of students. As the saying goes: "Ten years of trees, a hundred years of people".
