What are the requirements for transformer leads?

1. The leads of power transformer are round copper wire, copper bar and soft copper wire.

2. When the lead wire diameter is below12mm, round copper wire should be used. The lead section is 80 ~ 100mm, and copper bars are used. Flexible copper wire is suitable for complex leads and is widely used in large and medium-sized power transformers.

3, lead wire connection with the coil and the interconnection between leads, multi-purpose brazing.

4, small wire also adopts fusion welding, aluminum coil and copper wire connection adopts argon arc welding.

5, lead and bushing, lead and tap changer connection, useful bolt made detachable, or use pressure welding method to fix the soft lead and the connecting end.
