The Cultural Background of Jinan
I. Poets and Poetry
Li Bai, Du Fu, Su Shi and other great men of all ages traveled or worked here. Li Qingzhao, Xin Qiji and Zhang were all born in Jinan. Celebrities in the past dynasties praised the scenery and customs of this city, leaving many poems that have been told for thousands of years, which provided evidence for Jinan to be a poetry city since ancient times, and even made Jinan, a northern city, have the reputation of "chic as the south of the Yangtze River".
Second, rich intangible cultural heritage.
Jinan has rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage resources. Up to now, there are 1 items in the representative list of human intangible cultural heritage in Jinan, namely, Jinan Shadow Play and National Intangible Cultural Heritage 13 items, including Jinan Shadow Play, Jinan Lu Opera, Laiwu Bangzi and Jiyang Drum Yangko.
The biennial China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo, 20 19 National Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Week and other activities are also constantly improving Jinan's popularity and reputation.
Historical and cultural attractions in Jinan:
First, Lingyan Temple
Lingyan Temple is now an important part of Mount Tai, a world natural and cultural heritage. Lingyan Temple was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Xiao Ming in the Northern Wei Dynasty was rebuilt in the first year of Zhengxing, and reached its peak in the Tang Dynasty. There are pagodas and thousands of Buddhist temples. Lingyan Temple is one of the "four famous temples" with profound Buddhist background.
Tang Xuanzang once lived in a temple to translate scriptures. Since Tang Gaozong, emperors of all dynasties have visited Mount Tai for meditation, and many of them have also visited this temple.
Second, Jinan Fu Xue Confucian Temple
Key cultural relics protection units in Shandong Province. Located in the small college of Daming Lake Road, Lixia District, Jinan City. Founded in Xining, Song Dynasty (1068 ~ 1077). Existing buildings were rebuilt in the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), and rebuilt or added in Ming, Qing and Republic of China.
Third, Dongping Mausoleum Old Town
Dongping Mausoleum is a national key cultural relics protection unit, located in the northeast of Longshan Town, Zhangqiu District, east of Jinan City, and nearly 2 kilometers southwest of Chengziya Site. It is the site of Jinan State, Jinan County and Ping Ling County in Han Dynasty, and was built in 10 19. The cultural relics collected over the years include pottery, iron, copper, stone tools and coins.
