How to make dried tofu?

5. After curing, spread the tofu piece by piece in the vegetable basket and let it dry in the sun. Turn over every two hours, like a hot day of 40 degrees, and you can do it in a day or two, and then you can put it away and save it.

6. You can use this kind of fresh-keeping sealed bag and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration or frozen preservation, which will not be bad for several months.
