Introduction of Tu Xinghua

Tu Xinghua (1913-1989), female, was a minor student of Yueju opera. She was a native of Sheng County, Zhejiang Province. Her singing voice was characterized by its brightness and cheerfulness, and she was able to absorb the nutrients from the books and scrolls, mastered more fuzi, and was able to use them freely in the performance of the "Road Head Opera", and improvised her singing and reciting of lines, which were quite literate, and she was regarded as the "Literary Xiao Sheng". He led the performance with Shi Yinhua, which was called "Ginkgo" by the public opinion at that time. After that, she acted in "Thunderstorm", playing Zhou Ping, which was the first time for a woman to play a fashion drama in Yueju Opera. The name is listed in the "Chinese Yueju Opera Dictionary" celebrity volume.
