Why do Arabs have more beards?
Arabs have a tradition of growing beards. According to religious customs, growing a beard is a sacred act for Muslim men to follow the prophet.
Muhammad's hadith said, "You should be different from polytheists. You should grow a beard and trim it. " It is necessary to grow a beard among some conservative, orthodox and even extreme Muslims. For example, the Taliban regime requires men to grow beards.
Beards are common in Iran, where politics and religion are integrated, and in the relatively religious Gulf monarchies. In some other moderate and secular Islamic countries, such as Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Algeria, pre-war Iraq, Malaysia and other countries, growing beards is not so common.
People usually call it "Middle East", and it is also called "Arab world" because Arabs live there. The Arab world spans two continents, Asia and Africa, with a total area of over14.2 million square kilometers and 22 countries and regions. The climate in the Arab world can be divided into tropical desert climate and Mediterranean climate. The former has an absolute temperature of 55 degrees Celsius in summer, while the latter has no severe cold in winter, no intense heat in summer, humid seasons and pleasant climate.
The total population of Arab countries exceeds 250 million, most of whom are Arabs, and the vast majority of residents believe in Islam. They have the same cultural traditions and customs.
