Red dates and brown sugar glutinous rice cake
Ingredients: glutinous rice flour100g, corn starch 20g, brown sugar 30g, hot water 30g, three red dates and milk100g.
Detailed practice:
1, remove the core of red dates and cut them into red dates with scissors for later use.
2. Add brown sugar to hot water and stir until it melts.
3. Add milk and mix well.
4. Sift in glutinous rice flour and corn starch and stir until there are no particles.
