Base material: white blank board.

Waterborne pure color putty

Waterborne pure color putty: cl 03 1-a, leveling, 1 time, 320 ~ 400 mesh high-quality sandpaper polishing.

Cured primer

Curing primer: CL02 1, brush, 1 time, no polishing.

Whitening medium coating

Whitening middle coat: CL20 1M, spray/brush, 2 ~ 3 times, 400 ~ 600 mesh high-quality sandpaper polishing.

Whitening topcoat

Whitening topcoat: CL20 1X, sprayed/brushed twice.

Matters needing attention

Construction temperature should be > 10℃ and humidity should be < 85%; The storage temperature at normal temperature should be 0℃ ~ 45℃; Use a special brush for Epstein water-based paint. If you want to use other brushes, use washing powder or wash them, rinse them with plenty of water, and then use them after spinning. If the brush is not clean, it is easy to produce white particles during use and the brush becomes hard; Paint mixing should be carried out in strict accordance with the preparation procedures, please use pure water or distillation.
