Commodity acceptance method

Commodity acceptance methods are divided into full inspection and random inspection.

In the acceptance of quantity and appearance, a full inspection is generally required. In quality acceptance, when the batch is small, the specifications are complex, the packaging is irregular or strict acceptance is required, full inspection can be adopted. Full inspection requires a lot of manpower, material resources and time, but it can guarantee the quality of acceptance.

When the batch is large, the specifications and packaging are neat, the reputation of the inventory unit is high, or the acceptance conditions are limited, sampling inspection is usually used. The improvement of commodity quality, storage and transportation management level and the development of mathematical statistics methods provide material conditions and theoretical basis for sampling inspection methods.

The methods and relevant procedures for commodity acceptance shall be negotiated between the depositor and the reserve, and shall be clearly stipulated in the contract through agreement.
