What do major and minor laborers refer to on a construction site?

Major workers generally skilled laborers, engaged in the main work, such as tilers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and so on. Small workers are strong workers, general workers, ordinary workers, mainly engaged in no technical content, only need to have strength on the job.

Small laborers on construction sites generally refer to a kind of work that doesn't require any technical content, or only requires very little technical content, and can be started very quickly. But according to different regions, different sites, but also roughly distinguish between types of work, such as welding, reinforcing steel, erection, carpentry, roofing work, large board work, formwork, concrete work, and so on.
