Your understanding of "chivalry" in traditional Chinese culture

When I think of chivalry, I usually think of the characters in TV dramas who wear cocked hats and carry long swords, and who have extraordinary skills and justice. My understanding of chivalry is that it is about being chivalrous and strong in blood. In the turbulent and fluctuating society, one can always keep one's own heart. In ancient times, a chivalrous person could fight for the end of the world, robbing the rich and helping the poor, practicing chivalry and dying for justice. In modern times, to a large extent, the road has an old man fell down dare to help, see a thief dare to shout, for the officials clean, people in the right; to a small extent, the road to see the garbage can be picked up, can help what can be done, do not fall into the well, do not tend to influence. So all sorts of things, in my heart can afford to call a "chivalrous". I can stand myself, I can stand the hearts of the people.
