Tunpu's "Raising Pavilion", also known as "Raising Princes", is a traditional folk activity held in Tun Bu Village, Anshun to commemorate Princes' birthdays. It began in Huizhou in the Ming Dynasty, and has been in Tunpu for more than 600 years with the "border guards" moving into Anshun in the Ming Dynasty.

According to reports, Wang Gong was a famous local official in Sui and Tang Dynasties, named Hua Wang, from Xiuning, Anhui Province. Born in Chen Houzhu to Germany four years (AD 586) on the 18th day of the first month.

When Hua Wang was a teenager, he liked reading and learning fencing. He used to be a doorman, with outstanding talent, and started a business in Jinling.

At the end of Sui Dynasty and the beginning of Tang Dynasty, there was a famine in Zhangzhou. Hua Wang borrowed food from a general, which saved everyone's life and won the support of local villagers.

In the twenty-third year of Zhenguan (AD 649), he died in Chang 'an at the age of 64. The court made him a loyal minister and a loyal monarch of Huizhou Yue King. At the request of hometown folks, he was buried in Shexian County, Anhui Province, and was enshrined in Dengyuan Temple until the Ming Dynasty.

Tunpu wang xing always thought that they were the direct descendants of Kaiweilang and Wang Gong, who had traveled south in the 14th year of Ming Hongwu. Many Tunpu people called Hua Wang the ancestor god and built a temple as an example for Tunpu people guarding the border.
