1, school profile

Gejiu Finance and Economics School in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province was founded in September 1960, formerly known as Honghe Prefecture Finance and Trade Cadre School. 1979 changed its name to Honghe Prefecture Finance and Trade School, 1984 changed its name to its current name, and 1999 merged with Honghe Prefecture Ethnic Secondary School to form a new Honghe Prefecture Finance and Economics School. ?

School size 1.600 students, 5200 students with various academic qualifications, including 42 full-time students10. School staff 132, including professional technicians 10 1 person, 43 secondary vocational students and 34 secondary vocational students. There are 78 full-time teachers and 6 graduate students, and teachers with bachelor degree or above account for 100% of the total number of teachers.

2. School-running concept

The school implements the principal responsibility system, the appointment system for all faculty members and the performance pay system. In the long-term practice of running a school, the educational and teaching goal of "building a civilized, rigorous, United and innovative first-class school and cultivating first-class talents with noble morality and exquisite skills" has been established. Taking "respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching" as the school motto, we have refined the teaching style of "constant love, leading by example and dedication" and cultivated the study style of "diligence, thoughtfulness, pragmatism and enterprising".

The school adheres to the philosophy of "full-time and correspondence (distance) education, academic education and short-term training". It has successively carried out undergraduate correspondence education and distance education with Beijing Normal University, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Agricultural University, Hunan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Southwest Normal University and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
