Dongtang dog meat
A long-standing flavor food in Chaling area of Chen Da. It is made of roasted live dogs. Old and tender, fragrant. Shangxi beef offal Yiwu Shangxi and Wudian have always had places to slaughter cattle. Local people use Shangxi's unique burning method to cook "Cattle Series" with ox tongue, ox blood, ox hoof and beef offal.
Fotang baiqie mutton
In traditional Buddhist temples, local goats are slaughtered, unhairing, pawing and eviscerating, and then their limbs are tied with a string, and goat's blood is evenly coated on the goat skin. After drying, put the whole goat in a pot, burn it thoroughly, suffocate it, soak it, and then take it out and dry it.
Fairy chicken
Fairy chicken, commonly known as anhydrous chicken, is to use yellow wine instead of water when steaming chicken, according to two kilograms of chicken and two or three kilograms of yellow wine. Put the chicken in a clay pot, add yellow wine and ginger, and if you don't like sweets, you can add salt. Generally, the traditional method of steaming chicken in Yiwu is to add brown sugar or put a few pieces of lean meat, which takes about two hours.
Donghe meat pie
"Donghe meat pie", also known as "double wheat cake with meat". It is made by drawing dough into a big cake as thin as rice paper and frying it in a pot. Donghe Meat Pie was born in Donghe Village, Donghe Township, Yiwu, and it is beautifully made. Donghe meat pie has the saying that "a daughter-in-law does not pass on her daughter".
Hand-pulled surface
Also called noodles. It is made of high-quality flour with a little salt, kneaded into soft noodles with water, left for a certain period of time, kneaded into small pieces, then smeared with vegetable oil, covered with wet wipes, thrown when eating, pulled into strips, cooked in boiling water and served with seasonings.
Chian bean bag is mainly made of bean skin, a local specialty in Yiwu. Bean bags have a variety of fillings, and vegetarian dishes are more delicious.
Danxijiu
People in Danxi's hometown have used red yeast to make wine for thousands of years. It is said that in the Song Dynasty, Yiwu people transported wine to Kaifeng through the canal. People in Danxi's hometown cook with red koji wine, and people celebrate, receive weddings and visit relatives and friends with wine as a gift.
