How to write envelope format and letter format?
Envelope format:
(1) Write the recipient’s address on the first line of the envelope.
(2) Write the recipient’s name in the middle of the second line of the envelope.
(3) Write the sender’s address and name on the third line of the envelope.
Envelope requirements:
(1) It is not allowed to use old envelopes or envelopes made of waste paper or printed paper.
(2) Letters should be placed in standard envelopes and the seals should be taped.
(3) If a transparent window envelope is used for shipping, the transparent window must be rectangular, and its long side should be parallel to the long side of the envelope. Text

The next step is the main part of the text - the main text, which is what the writer wants to say. It can be an introduction, a reply, an advice, an expression of sympathy, a farewell, a congratulation, a request, a condolence, or it can also be a narrative, reasoning, rebuttal and argumentation, etc. Before you start writing this part, you should have a clear picture in mind, understand the purpose of the letter, and make it organized and hierarchical. If you want to talk about several things at the same time in the letter, you should also pay attention to the clear priority, beginning and end, and appropriate details. It is best to talk about one thing in a paragraph, and do not mix them up.
End
After writing the main text, you must write words of respect, blessing or encouragement as the end of the letter. Traditionally, it is called a greeting or a salute, which is a courtesy to the recipient. When wishing, you can choose appropriate words according to the person and the specific situation, and do not use them indiscriminately.
Signature
In the last line of the letter, sign the name of the writer. The signature should be written on the right half line after the end of the text.
The date
is used to indicate the time when the letter was written, written after or below the signature.
