While looking at the moon in the sky, I listened to my father telling me the origin of the Mid-Autumn Festival. The evening breeze blows gently, and I suddenly think of a poem written by Wang Wei, "I miss my Shandong brothers on a mountain holiday": I miss my relatives twice every festive season when I am in a foreign land. When I think of my brothers' bodies climbing high, I will feel a little regret for not being able to reach me. Then grandma took out a big moon cake and said to us, "Let's share this round moon cake!" " I am happy to divide the moon cake into three pieces, one for my father, one for my grandmother and one for me. I ate sweet moon cakes and slept in my father's arms. I feel very happy.

We are going to eat moon cakes in the Mid-Autumn Festival. Our moon cakes are different from those bought on the street. The moon cakes sold in the street look like big cakes, with fresh noodles and stuffing. There are many nuts in the stuffing, which look like petals. The moon cakes in our hometown are "big steamed buns". This kind of "big steamed bread" is made by rolling flour into a big piece, putting clear oil, yellow flowers, fragrant beans and salt or sugar on it, spreading it layer by layer, rolling it into a circle, putting a layer of flour made of clear oil on it, and finally wrapping a thin layer of skin on the outermost layer, and steaming it in a steamer for 40 minutes. When eating, a moon cake is ready.

Aunt came with her son. Mom and Dad raised their hands to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. My sister and I are having fun with my aunt's son Pumbaa, and my mother invited us to have dinner together. Pumbaa clamored for the moon. When my sister and I saw it, we were shocked. It turned out that there was a dish made of preserved eggs in the middle of the table, which made a moon. Looking at these dishes, I can't bear to put chopsticks on them.
Finally, menstruation started. She gave Pumbaa a bite of food. Now that it has become a "waning moon", let's eat it. Pumbaa clamored for cauliflower, and I deliberately said, "I won't give it to you." Hearing this, he opened his mouth wide and looked like he was going to cry. As soon as I saw it, I quickly stuffed a cauliflower into his mouth. He immediately opened his mouth and smiled. How cute! I like chestnuts best, and I wonder if there is a moon today while eating them. After dinner, I went to the balcony and saw a full moon hanging high in the sky. Its brilliance covered the earth with a silver dress.
I thought there must be no moon today, because it is cloudy today, but it, like people, comes back from far away to reunite, adding interest to people.
