What is Wenzhou Opera?
According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Wenzhou Ou Opera, formerly known as "Wenzhou Luantan", was formed in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is a multi-cavity opera. In history, there are mainly six kinds of tunes: autumn tune, Kunqu tune, Hui tune (Pizun), altar tune and seasonal tune. 1959 Wenzhou was called "Dongou (Kingdom)" in ancient times, and the Oujiang River runs through the whole territory. Because it was renamed "Ou Opera", it is famous as a kind of drama.

It is formed through long-term artistic practice, harmonious development and innovation. Yong Kun is a genre of Kunqu Opera.
