What are the fertilization methods for family flowers?

Whether the flower fertilization method is correct or not is closely related to the fertilization effect. The traditional fertilization method is to fertilize the soil and supplement the nutrients that flowers lack most, that is, to supplement whatever nutrients the soil lacks. Fertilization method is relatively simple. According to the application period, it can be divided into three ways: base fertilizer, seed fertilizer and topdressing, and their corresponding fertilization methods. According to different fertilization positions, there are soil fertilization (rhizosphere fertilization or root fertilization) and foliar fertilization (topdressing outside the root or foliar spraying). With the revitalization of China's flower industry and the progress of modern science and technology, flower fertilization has been improved and innovated on the basis of traditional fertilization methods. At present, the new concept of balanced fertilization has been defined, and a new technology of soil testing and formula fertilization has been developed. Such as storing fertilizer water in caves, irrigation and fertilization (drip irrigation, micro-irrigation and sprinkler irrigation) and intelligent greenhouse with water control and mixed application of fertilizer and medicine.

Generally speaking, there are three common fertilization methods for family flowers: base fertilizer, topdressing and foliar fertilizer.

Base fertilizer is a fertilization method in which solid fertilizer (mainly organic fertilizer decomposed in advance) is applied to the soil or mixed into the pot soil according to a certain proportion before seedling raising, planting, pot planting and pot changing, so as to provide nutrients needed by flowers during the whole growth period. Rotten cake fertilizer, bone meal, fried soybeans, fermented livestock manure and pond sludge are all good organic fertilizer raw materials. Generally, we use our own organic fertilizer and apply a small amount of slow-release fertilizer, such as calcium magnesium phosphate and calcium superphosphate.
