Syllogism is a main reasoning in traditional logic. Also known as the outspoken syllogism. Aristotle, an ancient Greek philosopher, first put forward a systematic syllogism theory.
One of the basic forms of indirect reasoning in formal logic, the conclusion is derived from major premise and minor premise. Such as' all metals can conduct electricity' (major premise),' copper is a metal' (minor premise) and' so copper can conduct electricity' (conclusion). This is called syllogism or syllogism.
Syllogism belongs to deductive logic, which is different from inductive logic and has strong persuasiveness.
