What does red bean rice mean in Japan?

Japanese red bean rice, called "Seki Han”(せきはん) in Japanese, is a kind of traditional Japanese rice. The glutinous rice and red beans are cooked together, so the rice is red and named" Sekihan ".

Production method:

1. Wash red beans and soak them in clear water 12 hours.
