What are the patterns of tiles?
Wadang, also known as tile head, was first made in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Before the Warring States period, it was mainly semi-circular, decorated with gluttony, trees, figures or various geometric patterns. During the Qin and Han dynasties, due to the large-scale construction of various buildings, the production of tiles was greatly prosperous. Its shape has changed from semi-circle to circle, with figures, animals, plants and geometric patterns. Animal patterns are the most beautiful, such as dragon, white tiger, suzaku and Xuanwu.
