Fuqing nori cake?
Last time I went to Quanzhou I bought 50 of them at their store. It's very fragrant and crispy, fresh from the oven. It's the best Dongzhang processed seaweed cake I've ever eaten. The store is in Fuqing Rongxi Road next to the 23rd lane. It's a three-minute walk from Overseas Chinese High School, across the bridge. Inside is the alley in which to see the wave of barber store next to the left is very close.
