The second cross-language of Confucian classics

Since the second cross-language reading conference of Confucian classics was launched in August 2022, more than 4,200 Confucian classics with multilingual reading have been collected from all over the world. More than 10,000 China cultural lovers from 50 countries and regions, including China, the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Russia, have actively participated in it, which has aroused enthusiastic response at home and abroad.

In March, 2023, the "Second Annual Festival of Confucian Classics Cross-language Reading Club" sponsored by Shandong Provincial Education Department, china confucius foundation, Nishan World Confucianism Center and Shandong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries was held in Jinan.

At the annual ceremony, Chinese and foreign students and sinologists demonstrated the unique charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture around Confucian classics through classic reading, stage short plays, song and dance performances and experience sharing. The annual ceremony dances classics in colorful forms and interprets the beauty of China. Dances such as Confucius, Song and Dance Friends in the Distance, and You Cao Lan are combined with bilingual recitation, scene interpretation and China costume show respectively, showing the infinite charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture to the world and presenting an audio-visual feast.
