After pulling, the extra parts can be cut off, or they can be pulled in and hidden, and the irregular places should be cut off.

After the thread is buried, it passes through a pinhole from the back of the insole to the front of the insole, and then passes through one side "/"or "_" to the back of the insole according to the shape of "X". As shown in the figure.

Then you can directly thread the needle through the hole in the back and press the tail of the thread with your finger. After about three stitches, it can be loosened. Because the pattern here is relatively regular, it is a small piece of white, and cross-stitch can be embroidered. You can embroider half first, then one or several rows and then come back to embroider the other side.

Here, after the needle is started, the upper part of the white part is embroidered with a needle inclined to the left. Next, you need to choose the corresponding hole to embroider the other half of the right needle.

In this way, cross-stitch is completed.
