What is the difference between emerging landlords and aristocratic landlords in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period?

Emerging landlords don't have titles of nobility, so they can also get titles of nobility through meritorious service or purchase, but for the sake of distinction, historians still call them "emerging landlords".
