Manufacturing R&D expenses plus deduction 2022

The actual R & D costs incurred by science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out R & D activities, and the intangible assets that have not been formed into the current period's profit and loss.

In accordance with the provisions of the actual deduction basis, since January 1, 2022, and then in accordance with the actual amount of 100% of the pre-tax deduction; the formation of intangible assets, since January 1, 2022, in accordance with the intangible asset cost of 200% of the amortization of pre-tax.

2, May 20, 2022, the State Administration of Taxation issued "on the prepayment of enterprises to declare the enjoyment of R & D costs plus deduction preferential policy on matters related to" (State Administration of Taxation Announcement No. 10 of 2022) stipulates that:

From 2022 onwards, the enterprise can be declared in the declaration period of October each year to enjoy the preferential R & D costs of the first three quarters of the policy of deduction to the October 2021 to advance to enjoy the current year R & D costs.
