What is European Bread

Eurobread refers to European-style bread, which is commonly eaten by Europeans, and it is represented by bread from Germany, Austria, France, and Denmark. Flour, yeast, salt, water, mixed grains and seeds are used as ingredients.

European-style bread are larger, heavier, darker color, crust golden and hard and crisp; bread internal tissue soft and tough, no sponge-like feeling, hollow fine and uniform; bread taste is salty, bread with little sugar and oil; people are used to make sandwiches and large bread sliced into small bread and then eat. Difference between European bread and ordinary bread
