Introduction of Mengcun Bajiquan
Bajiquan, the full name of open-door Bajiquan, was founded in Mengcun Town, Mengcun Hui Autonomous County, Hebei Province. The development of Bajiquan has a history of 300 years. At present, it has been passed down to 14 generations, spread all over the country and spread to Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries and regions, with more than100000 employees. After the founding of New China, Bajiquan was listed as a national official martial arts competition at the first national sports conference. 1988, Bajiquan was approved by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration as one of the top ten outstanding traditional Wushu boxing types in China. Mengcun Bajiquan is listed as the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
