After the grain is crushed, it will fully contact with distiller's yeast to make the grain ferment evenly and thoroughly. It is suggested that friends buy pulverizers in the local agricultural resources market to reduce unnecessary expenses such as freight. You can also find someone else to crush it.

3. Brewing equipment: in fact, it is liquor distillation equipment. Fermented fermented grains are poured into it and then heated by an external source. Due to different substances, ethanol, water and various organic substances in fermented grains are distilled and separated. It is suggested to directly buy the brewing equipment of regular manufacturers, but it is not in favor of buying the equipment of second-hand distributors such as grocers, because they are wholesale or OEM from other places and know nothing about brewing equipment technology, so it is difficult to guarantee product quality and after-sales service.

4. filtering equipment: wine must be filtered before it can be sold. Generally, the aging filter can be selected for loose wine, and the aging filter, diatomite filter and precision filter can be selected for bottled wine.

5. Wine storage tank: After liquor is brewed, it needs to be stored in a wine storage tank. Generally, stainless steel wine storage tanks or ceramic cylinders are selected.
