Oil plant process flow

Take sunflower seed oil mill as an example.

1. Production process of sunflower seed hot oil pressing equipment:

Sunflower seeds → hulling → shell-kernel separation → steaming and frying → squeezing by oil press → filtering → hot pressing crude oil → going to refining workshop.

Second, the sunflower seed cold oil pressing equipment production process:

Sunflower seeds → hulling → shell-kernel separation → squeezing by oil press → filtering → cold oil pressing → going to refining workshop.

3. Preloading and leaching process:

Pre-pressing technology: sunflower seeds → cleaning → hulling → shell-kernel separation → embryo pressing → steaming and frying → pre-pressing → crude oil.

Leaching process:

The refining process of sunflower seed oil is the same: crude oil → hydration degumming → alkali refining and deacidification → adsorption decoloration → high temperature deodorization → winterization dewaxing (optional) → refined oil.
