Brief introduction of lion dance in China

China lion dance originated from the Chinese nation with a long history and splendid culture, and is deeply loved and favored by the people of China. Over the years, the lion dance in China is not only widely spread in China, but also popular all over the world. Where there are Chinese overseas, there are lion dances in China. At the same time, China's lion dance also infected local foreign friends, who followed China to learn lion dance. There are various forms of lion dance in China, and all lion-related activities in China are mostly included in the category of lion dance. Moreover, due to the influence of China's traditional consciousness and concept, people also put the legendary dragon and unicorn into the broad concept of dragon and lion sports, thus forming various forms of lion dance, unicorn dance and dragon dance, further enriching the connotation of dragon and lion sports. Because there is a great internal relationship between lion dance and dragon dance in China, in order to facilitate the extensive development of lion dance and dragon dance, the International Dragon and Lion Association has been established internationally, and the Dragon and Lion Sports Association has been established by the State Sports General Administration, aiming at coordinating the dragon and lion dance in China and developing together. Most of the dragon and lion dances held abroad and at home are organized by the International Dragon and Lion Association and the Dragon and Lion Sports Association. Part of this book involves dancing unicorn and dragon, showing the historical origin of the dragon and lion movement and the relevance of national traditional consciousness.
