Tibetan opera originated in the 1920s. The Tibetan Opera, whose non-heritage level is national, is a kind of traditional drama in China, originating from Tibet Autonomous Region as well as Qinghai Province.

The Tibetan Opera is said to have been performed by seven sisters***, and most of its stories are mythological stories from Buddhist scriptures, so in the beginning, the Tibetan Opera was also called "Ajilam", which means "Fairy Sisters".
