What does modernization mean?
Modernization generally takes the country as the basic geographical unit, and sometimes takes a transnational region as the basic geographical unit.
Areas covered by modernization:
1, economy. The modern economic system is an organic whole composed of the interrelations and internal relations of all links, levels and fields of social and economic activities.
Whether it is to focus on overcoming the three barriers of development mode, economic structure and growth momentum, or to effectively improve the quality of economic development and meet the people's growing needs for a better life, it must be supported by a modern economic system.
2. Rural areas. The concept of agricultural and rural modernization is neither a simple extension of agricultural modernization nor a simple addition of agricultural modernization and rural modernization, but an organic whole including rural industrial modernization, rural ecological modernization, rural cultural modernization, rural governance modernization and farmers' life modernization.
The modernization of rural governance is to adhere to the people-centered development thought, based on the maximization of public interests, accelerate the diversification of governance methods and means, and explore different governance models according to local conditions.
