Shortcomings and improvement measures of kindergarten parent-teacher conference

Large class is the most critical period for children in kindergarten, which plays a connecting role. It's almost two months since school started. In order to let parents know more about their children's emotions, eating, taking a nap, playing games, self-care ability and learning, and also to let parents know more about the work of kindergartens, better carry out home cooperation and realize the consistency of home education, teachers and parents in our class got together and held the first parent-teacher meeting since the beginning of school. There should be 36 parents attending the parent-teacher conference, but there are actually 24. Five parents asked the teacher for leave in advance for various reasons. It can be seen that parents still attach great importance to this meeting.

At the parent-teacher meeting, parents were first introduced to the situation of the class, mainly the class adjustment arrangement and the distribution of children's ability level in the class. It also introduces the progress of kindergartens, so that parents can gradually rest assured of kindergartens. Secondly, parents need to cooperate, and then discuss children's safety with parents, and children's self-protection ability needs to be strengthened.

First of all, we let parents know the overall situation of the class-the advantages and disadvantages of the class. When it comes to children's meals, many parents are full of abuse and think that this is a problem that needs to be discussed by everyone. We introduced the incentive measures taken by the teachers in the garden to parents, such as: children with good eating habits who don't waste or spill meals, and the teachers invited them to be duty students and rewarded them with red flowers, so that parents could get some inspiration from them and adopt similar methods at home, instead of accepting the children's requirements unconditionally. We also let parents know what their children will achieve this semester. Only when they have a sense of scale can their education be done well.
