Usually, for patients with advanced bladder cancer, especially metastatic bladder, targeted therapy can be chosen to control the disease, but the timing of its use is generally after chemotherapy fails. There are targeted drugs for bladder cancer in clinic, so we should pay attention to the possible adverse reactions of patients, such as cardiotoxicity, hand-foot syndrome, rash, diarrhea and so on. Usually, the side effects of targeted drugs are generally obvious, so it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the physical condition of patients in the application process.
