How is butter made?

1。 Separate the cream from the milk. Refrigerate the milk in the refrigerator 12 to 24 hours until the cream floats on the surface. Scoop out the cream from the milk with a suitable spoon.

2。 Keep the cream at room temperature until it is about 15 degrees Celsius.

3。 Pour the cream into the glass bottle and cover it.

4。 Shake the bottle until small droplets with butter texture appear, and most of the liquid has turned into a soft solid state.

5。 Squeeze the liquid out of the butter and pour it out.

6。 Add cold water to the bottle and continue to shake it gently.

7。 Put the gauze on the bottle mouth, concentrate the butter on the gauze and drain the liquid.

8。 Wash the butter until the liquid becomes clear. If there is milk residue in butter, it will lead to sour taste, and such butter is easy to deteriorate.

9。 Put the butter in a cool place, such as marble board or chopping block.

10。 Mash the butter with a spoon or stick, squeeze out the liquid and pour it out.

1 1。 When stirring butter, add the right amount of salt.

12。 Put the butter in a glass or ceramic container with a lid and refrigerate it. Do not use frozen storage for a long time. Tip: 1. If it is a relatively large production, you can consider using mixer 2. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to turn grease into butter, so be patient and shake it at a constant speed.
